Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

You can cancel your LatchWave Pro subscription at any time from your account (the profile panel → "Cancel subscription"). Cancellation stops the next renewal — your Pro access stays active until the end of the current paid period, after which the account returns to the Free plan. No partial-period charges are taken after cancellation.

Refunds

If you're not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first purchase or of a renewal charge. After 14 days, charges for the current period are generally non-refundable, but you can still cancel to avoid future charges.

Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, so refunds are issued through Paddle back to your original payment method.

How to request a refund

Email ssupword@gmail.com with the email address used at checkout and your order or receipt details. We typically respond within 2 business days, and approved refunds are processed by Paddle within a few business days.
